SHIPPING COST

  • US $9.00 base + $0.50 per item / 2 - 7 business days transit time via USPS PRIORITY or FEDEX GROUND after processing. (we will use buyer's carrier account if provided with order and refund shipping cost.)

    INTERNATIONAL customers please inquire for shipping quote. Please submit product links.

International orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Customs clearance procedures may cause delays in delivery. BDB is in no way responsible for these costs and/or delays.

For New York pick ups or if you have a shipping carrier account, please inquire.

 

PAYMENT

We accept most major credit cards.

Please note: If the delivery address is NEW YORK, the checkout system will charge NY Sales Tax. We will refund the Sales Tax charge within 48 hours.

 

NOTIFICATION

An email is sent when order ships.

 

RETURNS

Please consider the handmade nature of our pieces and slight variations are to be expected.

(Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt if there has been damage during transit (with photographs) or you find your item shows defects in craftsmanship.)
